Our daily meal plans follow the Canadian Food Guide dietary provisions: at least one food from each of the four food groups, plus an additional serving of fruits and vegetables. All our meals are made fresh by our in-house cook, with food supplied by Tara Foods, Sysco, Deodato, Food Basics, Metro and occasionally the Farmer’s Market.
Rotating through a 4-week cycle, our Menus are refreshed every quarter, with seasonal dishes for Spring, Summer, Fall & Winter. An optional quarterly e-mail, containing each Season’s 4-week menu cycle, can be sent to those parents who request it.
Parents wishing to notify of food allergies or who would like more information are invited to speak with our cook or teachers. Infants unable to eat from the main menu are offered an alternative. A vegan menu is also available.
